Australia Visa Checklist

PASSPORT: The applicant must produce an original passport issued within the last ten years. The passport must be valid for six months after the scheduled date of travel. The current passport of the applicant must contain two empty/blank pages back to back. Handwriting and alterations are not permitted. From the top page to the last page, make a clear photocopy. If the applicant has already utilized any pages, he or she must give a clear copy of those pages as well. If the applicant possesses an old passport, it must be included.

PHOTOGRAPH: I recently took two passport-size (3.5mm X 4.5mm) photographs that I need to submit. The photo should be current, with the applicant’s frontal perspective and a white backdrop. When shooting photographs, wearing glasses is not permitted, although prescription eyewear is permitted.

COMMON REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANT:
 Tin Certificate.
 Persona Income Tax certificate (ITR) for the last 3 years [If available need to provide]
 Bank statement & Solvency certificate (last 6 Months-Personal).
 National ID Card / Birth Certificate (Applicant)
 Marriage certificate (if married mandatory).
 Last Education Certificate.
 Spouse and children’s passports or identification docs such as birth certificates or Nid
 Parent’s National ID Card / Birth Certificate

PROFESSION- BUSINESS:
 Trade license (1st and last one-notarized)
 Visiting card/ Business Card.
 Company blank pad/ letterhead.
 Company Memorandum/ Partnership Deeds
 Company Bank Statements: If the firm supports the trip, a copy of the sponsoring company’s or party’s bank statements for the previous six months clearly specifies the bank’s name and phone number with an approved bank stamp and signature.
 Company ITR Certificate: The applicant must produce the last three years’ Income Tax Return Certificate from the employer for which he or she works. If the firm is sponsoring the vacation, the license must be approved by legal authorities.

PROFESSION-EMPLOYEE/ DOCTOR/ADVOCATE:
 Visiting card/ Business Card.
 No Objection Certificate (NOC) letter
 Office Identity Card (ID Card)
 Joining Letter, the date of hire
 Job Designation / The Desk position
 Salary Certificate /Pay Slip
 BMDC Certificate (For Doctor)
 Bar Council Certificate (For Advocate)

OTHER FINICAL DOCUMENTS:
 Land properties documents. (Need to provide asset valuation if available)  Car documents. (if available) bluebook photocopy of the car if any
 House Rent /Tenant agreement (if you are receiving any rent) (if available)
 Personal FDR/DPS/MSS/Credit Card & Other Bank Documents ((if available)

STUDENT DOCUMENTS:
 Certificate from Alma meter
 NOC from Alma Mater
 ID card from an educational institution
 Payment slips of educational institution

VISA APPLICATION FORM FOR AUSTRALIA:

An online visa application form must have all of the necessary information. The form must be completed in block letters.

COVER LETTER:
A personal letter from the applicant explaining personal information, the purpose of the visit, and who will bear the whole expense of the trip. Travel and lodging must both be included.

AIRLINE TICKET ITINERARY:

A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s plane ticket based on the travel schedule and return from the trip.

HOTEL RESERVATION:

A planned schedule for the applicant’s lodging. He or she must specify the hotel or resort based on the trip’s itinerary.
